Thought I'd already posted this; must have been somewhere else. Great service; online "plate builder" gives a good impression of what you'll get. 330mm x 203mm import size works well on the front of a Gen3, using standard character size & spacing. Border options include Hyundai logo (can't comment on the legality of that ;-) ); looks tidy & subtle on dark blue with matching border. Don't feel obliged to keep the big demonplates advert at the bottom of the plate - you can change this as you design your plate (on the "slogan" tab) and just keep the legally required small details (suppliers name & postcode) that will still be added outside the border.

Mine arrived with a voucher for the next set half price - don't know if they still do this but worth bearing in mind if you need to order more than one set (e.g. one for road, one for shows).

They still do the half price thing. Possibly could be passed around the forums? They've got a limited time on them though.

But yeah, great service when I used them.

I don't think they hide their prices.

I did wonder that. If you'd said, I'd have gone and looked for you, rather than being a lazy grouch ;)

Er - does it matter? I mean, I purchased an import (square-ish) front plate and regular back plate in one order - OK I had to "manually" add both to my order, rather than using one of the preset options (like regular front & rear, or regular front and square rear for e.g. Landrovers) but I don't think it made any difference to the price. If they are offering discount for "default" pairs, phone them up / email them with your requirement, they seem pretty approachable.

Hmmm. I'm so tempted to get a small front number plate. I wish they were legal...

yep but don't use different fonts of miss out spacing - I had some on my last car (Lexus IS) and I got pulled everytime I passed a police car. They even followed me 5 miles home and put me in the back of their fiesta to bolock me for half an hour....

Jesus, that's obscene. I've driven *ahem* cars with no number-plates on the front and never been touched... Absolutely crazy that they'd arrest you for having the wrong size plates.
