The UK Hyundai Coupe Club

The UKHCC will be having a club stand at the Modified Nationals again and we would like as many members to join us as possible.

We don't mind if your car is modified or standard, gen 1,2,3 or SIII everyone is welcome.

Club cars receive discounted weekend tickets that come with a free space to show their club to their best ability. The minimum number of cars to book a club stand is just 5. There is no maximum so we can book in as many cars as we can get, which is why we're starting to rally interest now, we want a massive stand!

All club tickets include the whole weekend package for less than a normal night out, including:

• Access to one of the best show's of the year on both Saturday & Sunday.
• Camping on the Friday & Saturday night if required.
• Your car on the UKHCC show stand.

Ticket Prices are

• Club Driver – Weekend Ticket £43
• Club Driver – VIP Ticket £44
• Passenger – Weekend Ticket £40
• Passenger – VIP Ticket £49

Tickets are available through the UKHCC Online Store as usual.


This will be a joint stand as usual with the UKHAC and we're hoping we're going to get enough of both cars to have a coupe end and a accent end of the stand.

Only people who have purchased tickets are allowed to put themselves down as attending, this way we don't get the 95% drop-out rate seen on other sites, I would rather see a list of 5 people who are actually attending than a list of 100 with 95 last minute drop-outs.

To add to this, I've had a phonecall from Mark (organiser of the Modified Nationals) addressing our concearns with space, camping noise and the idiot trader emptying the water out spilling into the stand on sunday...

he has said the space problems will not happen next year, and I can get in touch with him at the event if anyone trys to steal our patch .. We can also as a club stay in the family camping area which is a bit quieter, with a sound system off at 9 rather than 11 so although it's not going to be silent, it should be a bit better.

when the dates are announced I think we'll try block book a number of rooms at a hotel so we can all be together... I really enjoyed our fancy dinner evenings

the wind battered it so much over the last 2 modified nationals that it just wasn't worth taking home, I've already got my eye on a bigger and better one... just got to check how deep my pockets are.

it's the transporting that's the issue, I think we need an ex owner who now drives trucks

lol.. we can corden off an area of the family camping area to protect you I'm not sure how many kids there are in there, Mark said there's quite a lot of clubs that opt to camp there so they can chill with a beer, bbq and a conversation rather than a headache.
