Firstly you need to resize a photo!

There are web sites that offer to resize photos for you but if you read the small print most of these then 'own' copies of your photos so I won't use them.

Or on a PC

Go to the Picture you want as your Avatar in your folder!

Right Click on it

Select 'Open With'

Select 'Microsoft Office Picture Manager'

Once opened... At the Top Click 'Picture'

Select ...
