Fluxion rear window trims review

Postby thedupleman » Sun Dec 18, 2011 6:37 pm

Well I got one-excuse crap photos it was cold and coupe needed cleaning!

Fluxion rear window trim set looks like this

Image

Image

I think it looks good absolutely no doubt,I contacted matt at pc who always reminds me of that really keen kid at school who had really posh parents and excelled at everything lol.Now he is the first to admit they are overpriced....and he can't do them any cheaper :-(

He's looked at various options and I have to say its rather a disappointment when the postman arrives with a very light but large box.i thought it was empty lol.
So I opened it up and thought......"oh........"

It's basically two bits of plastic that look like the sides of a kids sledge
So with trepidation I took them to the car.But yes they do look really good!
I just wouldn't pay 90 quid for them...cos that's what they are from pc!
As I said matts working really hard to get the price reduced but it's really a lot of money for what's basically two bits of stuck on plastic admittedly they are perfect fit and finished well.
I'm pleased but it's a high price to pay....then again matt doesn't expect to sell many and you'll be pretty unique with them

Fitment 10/10
Ease of fitting 10/10
Delivery 10/10 super fast delivery from pc
Quality 10/10 really high quality
Price 2/10 way too expensive....we really need someone in the uk to make these
Looks 10/10 love it

Very satisfying....at a very high cost. But they are unique

Fair enough - how did you get hold of these as you wouldn't pay the (frankly ridiculous) 90 wongas for them?

my appoligies for a unstructured answer... they are to go on a black base, your boot lid is black so where it joins if it were red would have a black line between boot and strip, thus enhancing the "looks like a bit of plastic stuck on your window" look

I mean rather than the whole thing. Just duplicate the same in some vinyl?
