Hey all anyone got any pics of a fuel cap in black or carbon fibre on a silver gen 3 please

Very nice!!! Me likes just had mine to bits as think previous owner has sprayed in and it's been a reaction n not smooth looks like ripply :/ can't notice until close but am picky .. Think might order some cf in this week my supplier for vinyl has 2 types in now for cars so think I will try it on my petrol cap.. Thinking might just do the ring but then ad still be left with the flap bit with a poor finish :/ might do the full thing or get a new one !

If you are going to vinyl the ring you should consider spraying the fuel door too. Easy to do, just get a tin of spray paint, the carbon fibre ring means that even if it's not the exact same colour as the car you won't notice. I used to have a black ring and resprayed the door silver:
Think I used ford Stratos silver from halfords but you could hardly tell it wasn't the same as the rest of the car

Is that ring in cf or satin gloss black ..?

Very nice think I'm liking the gloss black rather then cf :/
