Changing Gen 3 Side Repeaters

This should take no less than minutes..unless like me you're in ooo smug mode for doing them and it will take 20 mins :D

Thats pretty much how i did them ..easy peasy :lol:

the brown wiring plug is the one you remove and you put your OEM back in its place with the orange bulb intact..simple u see :D

Are them ones off of a Kia? I whipped mine off my dads Getz but yours are loads better.

They are the same as some KIA side repeaters. My boss has a Sorento and his has clear sides, was tempted to swap them :)

Can you use any plastic card, or does it have to be an "Usdaw" card :D

I may be being a bit of an idiot here but I need some help!

I bought new side repeaters from Performance Coupe, I've managed to get the old ones unclipped alright but the plug connectors (which attach to the wires) look different on the new side repeaters compared to the old ones and they won't fit.

On your DIY you seem to have taken the plug part out of the side repeater so can you switch them across with the old ones?
If so how do you get the connector out of the side repeater?
