Batteries make cars do weird things. What is the voltmeter showing (assuming it has one). How exactly have you checked the battery?

Does it start with a jump start?

If so your battery may not have enough power to start it, could be a normal battery in this weather, or could be the alternator not charging your battery fully.

Cold induced battery discharge. Give it a jumpstart or get it on charge first and if you have a testmeter, get it on the battery and check the voltage - anything less than 12.5Vdc and you'll have problems...

Right then, is it actually cranking or just clicking? Does it sound like its cranking properly or slower than normal? Is it getting fuel (i.e. were the plugs wet when you changed them?)

if it is cranking, remove one lead and plug, ground the plug out on a manifold and check to see if it is actually firing.

CPS failure maybe?

just one needed, I usually use bank 1, you will need a second person though unless you can see through a bonnet.

Shop manual says:
Ignition wiring
Power Trans
Ignition Coil
Ignition Lock switch

Next step is to check the coil. Resistances over both sides. LT should be 0.5ohm, HT 12.1 k ohm
