Individual Needle Colour

Postby Shadow1312 » Sat Feb 18, 2012 9:45 pm

Hey Guys,

Once again sorry to post again, but I have looked what feels like everywhere on and off this site, I currently have the majority of my dashboard off, I have replaced the dimmer LED and I am having trouble with the A/C switches however I would love for my needles to be individually lit. I understand I need to install LEDs into the actual clear plastic. The main problem I am having it where to power the LEDs and resistors from?

Thanks :)

As per the pm mate, best place is to poke the led wiring out the back of the dial housing and then wire up to an existing bulb holder for the bulbs that would light up the dials.

If you get a knife you can also literally peel the colour off the needle
